Booking & Reservations
Simply browse our fleet, select your desired vehicle, choose your pickup and return dates, and complete the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.
Yes, you can cancel your booking from your dashboard. Cancellation policies may apply depending on how close to the pickup date you cancel.
You'll need a valid driver's license, a credit card in your name, and a valid ID or passport. International customers may need an International Driving Permit.
Payment & Pricing
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
A security deposit may be required at the time of pickup. This will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
Vehicle & Insurance
Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals. Additional comprehensive coverage options are available at checkout for extra peace of mind.
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Simply call our support number and we'll arrange help immediately, including a replacement vehicle if needed.
General
Our main office operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. We also offer airport pickups and drop-offs outside regular hours by arrangement.
Yes! We offer delivery to airports, hotels, and custom locations. Delivery fees may apply depending on the distance.
